Software for the ISPs we wish we'd had.
ISPStack is built by people who have actually run an ISP. We watched too many networks lose hours to glue between half a dozen tools, and we've put our shoulder to building the one tool we'd want at the centre of an operation.
What we believe
- Operations is product. The day-to-day reality of running an ISP shapes the software. Tickets, dispatches, RADIUS sessions, ledger entries — they're all first-class.
- Local first. Africa-built defaults: M-Pesa, KRA, Airtel Money, multi-currency. Not bolted on after a US-first product shipped.
- One schema, one truth. No more reconciling between five systems. Every record links the next, every change is audited.
- Shipping over presenting. We'd rather ship a real fix this week than perfect a slide deck about it next month.
Where we're going
The platform that started as a billing system has become a full operations stack. The next chapter is automation — the self-driving ISP, where new customers, plans, payments, and installs flow through without an operator's keystroke.
