Terms of service

This is an initial summary. A full agreement is being prepared with our legal counsel and will replace this stub. Until then the headings below are the operating principles.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your workspace. We'll secure the platform; you secure your end.

Acceptable use

No spamming, no fraud, no illegal activity. Don't use ISPStack to harm other ISPs' networks. Standard internet decency applies.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime and ship status updates when something is broken. Specific SLAs are part of our enterprise agreements.
