Common questions
What happens after I submit?
Two things: an email lands in your inbox with a magic verification link, and a 6-digit code lands on your phone. Click the link and enter the code on the verify page. Within ~60s of both passing, we provision your trial workspace and email you the URL + temporary admin password.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We don't ask for payment details until you decide to stay past the 14-day trial. You can use every feature in the platform during the trial — billing, RADIUS, field service, customer portal — without entering card details once.
What happens after the 14 days?
We email you near the end of the trial with a list of what you've actually used. You can pick a plan that fits, downgrade to read-only, or do nothing — your workspace pauses but your data is preserved for 30 days in case you want to come back.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. There's a one-click export in Settings → Data that produces a CSV per table (customers, invoices, sessions, etc.). For larger migrations or a Postgres dump we'll arrange it on request.
I'm migrating from another tool — can you help?
Yes. Tell us what you're moving from in the form and we'll line up a 30-min call to plan the migration. We've moved ISPs over with zero customer-facing downtime; data export tooling already exists for the common sources.
